The deposit is €15 and non-refundable.

PAYMENT:

All payments need to be paid in cash.

LATE/CANCELLATIONS:

Want to reschedule? Send a message! (48 hours in advance).

10 minutes late =  additional fee of €10.

15 minutes late = appointed will be cancelled.

SQUEEZE INS:

Squeeze-in appointments have an additional fee of €20.

NO SHOW:

Are you not coming to your appointment without cancellation? Or are you to late with cancelation. You are then obliged to pay 50% of the total amount. If you do not do this, you will be placed on a blocklist. This means that you will no longer be able to make an appointment in the future. 

FILL INS:

For a fill in you must have atleast 40% of your lashes remaining.

NO COMPANY:

Please do not bring extra people to the appointment. If there is no other solution for you, send a message so we can make it work. 

You have a guarantee up to 3 days after the appointment.

If you are not happy with the outcome of your lashes or brows or you have lost an amount of lashes, i recommend contacting me within the 3 days and I'll offer you a free fix. I cannot be held responsible for any issues after the 3 days, and you will be charged at full price for the service.

A patch test is always recommended but if you had previous allergic reactions or sensitivity to beauty treatments its highly recommended. I cannot be held responsible if you do have an allergic reaction to the products. The patch test can be done 48 hours before the appointment. 
If you have an allergic reaction please contact me and a removal will be offered free of charge.
