DEPOSIT:

The deposit is €15 and non-refundable.

PAYMENT:

All payments need to be paid in cash.

LATE/CANCELLATIONS:

Want to reschedule? Send a message! (48 hours in advance).

10 minutes late = +€10

15 minutes late = cancellation

SQUEEZE INS:

Squeeze-ins are +€20

Appointments before 10AM AND after 6PM.
Appointments in the weekend + national holidays.

Appointments made the same day.

NO SHOW:

Are you not coming to your appointment without cancellation? Then there is a 'no-show'. You are then obliged to pay 50% of the total amount. If you do not do this, you will be placed on a blocklist. This means that you will no longer be able to make an appointment in the future. 

 

FILL INS:

For a fill in you must have atleast 40% of your lashes remaining.

NO COMPANY:

Please do not bring extra people to the appointment. If there is no other solution for you, send a message so we can make it work. 

 

GUARENTEE:

You have a guarantee up to 3 days after the appointment.

If you are not happy with the out come of your lashes or you have lost an amount of lashes, we recommend contacting us within the 3 days and we will offer you afree fix. We cannot be held responsible for any issues after the 3 days, and you will be charged at full price for the service.

A patch test is recommended if you had previous allergic reactions or sensitivity to eyelash extensions. We cannot be held responsible if you do have an allergic reaction to the products. The patch test can be done 48 hours before the appointment. 
If you have an allergic reaction please contact us and a removal will be offered free of charge.
